3-in-1 Decoiler Straightener Feeder

DSF, GL, GO series combination machines for high-speed press lines

View products →
What thickness range does this 3-in-1 combination handle?
Models cover 0.2 mm to 6.0 mm depending on the series. The DSF1 series covers 0.2 to 3.2 mm, the DSF2 series covers 0.5 to 4.5 mm, and the DSF3 series covers 0.6 to 6.0 mm. Each model page lists the exact thickness and width rating, and our application engineers recommend the right series once you share your coil data (grade, thickness, width, coil ID, coil OD and coil weight).Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
How much floor space does the 3-in-1 combination need?
A typical 3-in-1 unit needs 3 to 5 m of line length, compared with 6 to 10 m for separate decoiler, straightener and feeder machines. The compact layout also shortens the strip path between processes, which improves flatness and feeding accuracy. Exact dimensions for each model are on the product page or in the 2D general arrangement drawing.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
Can I use this combination with any punch press?
Yes. We match the feeder interface (mechanical, pneumatic or servo), control voltage (24 V DC, 110 V AC or 220 V AC) and line elevation to your press. Send us your press tonnage, stroke rate, bolster height and die shut height, and our application team confirms compatibility before the order is released to production.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
What straightening accuracy is achieved by the combined machine?
Multi-roll straighteners on the combination machines reduce coil set to within 0.5 mm per metre, depending on material grade and thickness. For high-tensile and stainless material we fit heavier work-roll sets and add an adjustable leveling bank, which can bring end-to-end flatness down to 0.2 mm per metre for typical stamping gauges.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
What is the delivery time for a 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder?
Standard combinations ship in 25 to 35 working days after deposit and approved GA. Lead time covers fabrication, assembly, electrical integration, factory acceptance test with your coil, crating and export documentation. Custom configurations (special voltage, extra straightener rolls, special paint or extended line height) may extend to 45 days, and we confirm the schedule when you place the order.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.

Press Feeder & NC Servo Feeder

RNC, RF, JSG, NCP series feeders matched to mechanical and servo presses

View products →
What press types are these feeders compatible with?
Our feeders work with mechanical (C-frame and H-frame), hydraulic and servo presses. Mechanical roll feeders (RF series) synchronize through the press crank or flywheel linkage. Servo feeders (RNC series) take a reference signal from the press encoder. Gripper feeders (JSG series) feed strip into a die through the press pilot. Zigzag feeders (NCP series) follow circular blanking paths. We match the drive type, mounting flange and control interface to your press model.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
What is the maximum feeding speed?
Mechanical roll feeders reach up to 800 strokes per minute (SPM) on a standard press cycle. NC servo feeders exceed 1000 Sprint on short-pitch progressive dies. The actual Sprint your line achieves depends on the part pitch, strip width, feed length and die layout, so we confirm achievable Sprint after reviewing your part drawing.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
What feeding accuracy can I expect?
Servo feeders achieve plus or minus 0.05 mm at full speed. Gripper feeders reach plus or minus 0.03 mm for thin materials (0.1 to 1.5 mm). Roll feeders are typically plus or minus 0.1 mm. Accuracy is verified during factory acceptance with a dial indicator on the strip stop, and the HMI logs the actual step position on every cycle for traceability.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
What strip thickness range is supported?
NC servo feeders handle 0.2 to 6.0 mm. Roll feeders suit 0.3 to 3.2 mm. Gripper feeders are ideal for 0.1 to 1.5 mm. Strip width is matched to the feeder model (typically 50 to 1500 mm). If your application sits outside these limits, our engineering team can specify a custom roll set or a different feeder model.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
How is the feeder controlled?
Servo feeders use a touch-screen HMI with stored job recipes (material, thickness, feed length, acceleration profile, loop tension setpoint). Recipes can be recalled by name or by barcode scan, which makes changeover between SKUs a one-touch operation. Mechanical feeders synchronize through a crank-mounted cam or a flywheel linkage, with jog and inch controlled from a pendant station.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.

Pallet Flat Decoiler

FU series horizontal decoilers for thin, narrow coil

View product →
What is a pallet flat decoiler?
A pallet (or horizontal) decoiler holds the coil lying flat instead of on a vertical mandrel. Strip is pulled off the top of the coil by a powered roller drive. This layout suits thin, narrow coil that is hard to thread and keep stable on a conventional vertical decoiler. The flat orientation also avoids the strip twist that thin material can suffer when uncoiled vertically.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
Which coil sizes fit the FU series?
Across the FU-500, FU-1000 and FU-2000 models: strip width up to 150 mm, coil thickness 0.1 to 1.0 mm, loading weight from 500 to 1500 kg, loading height up to 600 mm and coil outside diameter up to 1200 mm. The model number is the maximum coil weight in kilograms. Check your coil outside diameter and weight against the table above to pick the model.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
Can it feed very thin strip without jamming?
Yes. The FU series is designed around 0.1 to 1.0 mm material. The motorized drive with Mitsubishi inverter keeps payout smooth, and flat coil orientation avoids the strip twist that thin material can suffer on vertical mandrel machines. For ultra-thin strip under 0.2 mm, we add a pinch roller set and a dancer arm to control loop tension precisely.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
How is the coil loaded?
The coil is placed flat into the cradle opening with a crane or hoist. The flat design means the coil does not have to be lifted onto a high vertical mandrel, which makes coil handling simpler for lighter operations. Loading takes under two minutes for the FU-500 and under five minutes for the FU-2000.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
Can it feed my existing press line?
In most cases yes. FANTY supplies complete coil-fed lines, so we can pair the FU pallet decoiler with a straightener and servo feeder matched to your press. Send your press model, material width, thickness and part pitch for an integration recommendation, and we will return a one-line general arrangement drawing within one working day.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.

Hydraulic Decoiler

MT series hydraulic mandrel decoilers for 3 to 20 ton coils

View product →
How does hydraulic mandrel expansion work?
A hydraulic cylinder expands the mandrel segments outward to grip the coil inner diameter, giving uniform pressure that is safer and faster than hand-wheel expansion on heavy coils. The operator simply pushes one button on the HMI, and the segments close on the coil ID in a controlled, repeatable way. Mandrel wear is also reduced because the segments expand in parallel rather than being torqued unevenly.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
What coil weights can it handle?
FANTY hydraulic decoilers are built for coils from roughly 3 to 20 tons. The MT-3000 handles up to 3 tons, MT-5000 up to 5 tons, MT-10000 up to 10 tons, MT-15000 up to 15 tons and MT-20000 up to 20 tons. Send your coil weight, OD, ID and width, and we will confirm the model and mandrel size.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
Can it run with my existing straightener and feeder?
Yes. FANTY builds complete coil-fed press lines, so we can match this decoiler to your existing straightener and feeder or supply the full line. The control interface is a single 24 V DC run signal plus an alarm contact, which is compatible with most modern straightener-feeder controllers. Mechanical interface is a flanged strip entry guide that bolts to the straightener head.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
What controls are included?
The control panel covers jog, forward and reverse, and speed (via inverter). Heavier models add coil-car and pressing-arm controls. The HMI shows mandrel pressure, payout speed, coil diameter (calculated from strip length), and alarm status. Recipes store mandrel pressure and brake torque for each coil size, which makes changeover repeatable between shifts.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
How is the machine shipped?
Each unit is run-tested with coil, then partially disassembled for export. The mandrel, base and control cabinet are fixed in a wooden export crate with moisture barrier. English manuals, wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics and a starter spares list are supplied in a waterproof document wallet. Lead time is 25 to 35 working days for standard models.Source: FANTY engineering team, reviewed September 2026.
