PUNCH PRESS

High-Speed Punch Presses for Rapid Stamping

High-speed punch presses are designed for continuous production at 800–1,200 strokes per minute. A rigid frame, precision balancing and advanced slide guiding maintain part quality even at top speed. These presses are ideal for small electronic terminals, motor laminations and precision metal parts.

WHY BUYERS CHOOSE HIGH SPEED PUNCH PRESS MACHINES

What a High Speed Punch Press Machine Does for Your Line

Rigid frame construction

Heavy-duty cast or welded frame minimizes deflection under load for consistent part quality.

Precision slide guiding

Eight-point or box-type guiding maintains die alignment and extends tool life.

Overload protection

Hydraulic overload clutch protects the press and die from damage during misfeeds.

Energy-efficient drive

Servo or variable-frequency motor reduces power consumption during idle and light-load periods.

HOW IT WORKS

How a High Speed Punch Press Machine Works

High-speed punch press stamping at high SPM

High-speed punch press stamping at high SPM

The upper die is mounted on the slide and the lower die on the bolster plate. As the flywheel or servo motor drives the crankshaft, the slide moves downward, shearing or forming the metal strip. The strip is fed progressively by a servo or roll feeder so each stroke produces one or more parts.

OUR PROCESS

From Inquiry to Installation: How FANTY Works

01

Die mounting

Upper and lower dies are aligned and clamped securely.

02

Strip feeding

Feeder advances the strip to the next pitch position.

03

Stamp stroke

Slide descends and the die forms, cuts or pierces the material.

04

Part ejection

Parts drop through the die or are carried out by a conveyor.

05

Quality check

Parts are inspected for burr, dimension and surface finish.

TRUST SIGNALS

Quality, Packing and Support You Can Verify

Factory-Direct Manufacturer

FANTY designs and builds decoilers, feeders and straighteners in-house, so you talk directly to the maker.

Run-Tested Before Shipping

Every unit is tested before packing; photos and video of your actual machine can be shared for approval.

Seaworthy Wooden-Case Packing

Export packing protects the machine for ocean freight and reduces the risk of transit damage.

FAQ

High Speed Punch Press Machine Frequently Asked Questions

What tonnage range do you offer?

We supply presses from 25 tons to 1,000 tons in C-frame, H-frame and gantry configurations.

What is the maximum stamping speed?

High-speed models reach 800–1,200 SPM depending on stroke length and die complexity.

What die sizes fit these presses?

Bolster and slide dimensions vary by tonnage. We provide a die-fit chart for each model to confirm compatibility.

What safety features are included?

Standard features include two-hand buttons, light curtains, overload clutch and emergency stop. Additional guarding is available.

Can the press voltage be customized?

Yes. Motor and control voltages are configured to your local standard before shipment.

What is the lead time for a punch press?

Standard presses ship in 30–45 working days. Custom configurations or large tonnages may need 60 days.
