It is appropriate for feeding and straightening a variety of metal sheets; this particular machine is primarily used for materials with a thickness of 0.6 to 6.0 mm, and the stick system typically uses 7 The appropriate material can be as wide as 2000mm. Features of Precision Decoiler Straightener Feeder

● For punching, uncoiling, and leveling feeding of coils with a thickness of 0.6mm to 6.0mm and a width of 70mm to 1300mm, a particularly designed back pressure roller set is ideal.

● The material frame tile plate has a four-blade design, and the inner diameter expansion uses a rotary oil cylinder and hydraulic expansion. The blade radian is consistent with the material's inner diameter. The blade surface is hard-plated, smooth, and wear-resistant.

● The two stopper rollers that control the discharge width have screws. The material can be loaded and unloaded with ease since the outer stopper roller is elevated by the cylinder to avoid the material as it is being discharged.

● The straightening roller is made of high-alloy bearing steel, and it goes through a series of heat treatments (quenching and tempering, high-frequency treatment, and hard chrome layer) to ensure that it is rigid and has a smooth surface, as well as that the material being straightened is correct during the process. The straightening roller's surface hardness is as high as HRC60, ensuring great precision and strong wear resistance.

● In order to modify the pressing amount, four worm gears and worms are employed, which cause the upper slider to move up and down. To correctly indicate the adjustment amount, an adjustment dial is fastened to the adjustment handwheel.

● For the leveled material to enter the mold steadily and straightly for operations, the feeding outlet is fitted with a supporting material guide rail mechanism. (This piece is detachable)
