Ultra-thin plate roller feeder

Roller feeder is one of the most mainstream feeder equipments due to its high cost performance, low failure rate and fast feeding speed. It is the preferred feeding equipment for many stamping customers. There are two common installation methods for Jinzhide roller feeder: one is for medium and thick plate materials, and the roller feeder is used for feeding in the feeding position of the punching die. The punching device reaches the feeding stroke. At the time, the stamped metal sheet in the rolled metal strip is fed into a stamping step in the stamping equipment for pressing; the other is for the sheet material, and the roller feeder is installed in the punching mold. The material is fed in a stepping manner. When the punching device reaches the feeding stroke, the punched metal sheet in the rolled metal strip is pulled forward by a punching step to be punched.

Ultra-thin plate roller feeder

Roller feeders are suitable for most thin, medium and heavy plate materials. As long as the rigidity of the stamped metal strip is sufficient, this single-feed (pull) method can be used to complete the feeding task. However, if the rigidity of the metal strip is insufficient, or the metal strip is too thin, then the material fed (or pulled out) by the roller feeder is easily arched to produce a stack, which affects the production.

In order to solve the problem of unilateral feeding in the stamping of ultra-thin board materials, Jinzhide Machinery specially designed and produced an ultra-thin plate roller feeder, which adopts the bilateral feeding mode at the punching die feed port. Each of the discharge ports is equipped with a roller feeder, and the two feeders are connected by a tie rod, and the same eccentric disk and connecting rod installed on the output shaft of the punching machine are used for power supply.

Double roller feeder, one delivery and one roller feeder

In actual use, when the punch output shaft drives the eccentric disk of the roller feeder to rotate, the power transmitted through the connecting rod causes the main feeding mechanism to move (active feeding), and the auxiliary feeding mechanism is driven by the pulling rod (passive Pulling) sports. Since the movement of the main feeding mechanism is synchronized with the movement of the sub-feeding mechanism by the pulling rod, the metal strip passing through the feeding mechanism is always kept flat, and does not erect to produce a stacking material.
