The rubber-lined roller on the swing arm of the material is pressed down the head of the material belt to drive the rotary expansion and contraction cylinder of the No. 1 reel, and the pull rod is pushed to drive the support tile on each pyramid sleeve to extend. tight.

2. Install the stopper type A iron on the outside of the double-head uncoiler frame, and turn on the gear motor to make the double-head material frame roll slowly, open the driving device of the pressing arm, push the swing arm to swing, and make the pendulum The rubber-lined roller on the arm is lifted up to loosen the head of the steel strip, so that the strip head is introduced into the pinch roller through the guide plate to establish tension, and the strip enters the subsequent leveler or feeder; at the same time, The second roll of the double-head material frame is transferred to the roll-up station, and the process in the step is repeated, and the second roll of the material frame is rolled up and the unwinding process is detected.

3. After the first reel of the double-head material frame is unrolled, the locking device of the double-head material frame rotary platform is loosened, the rotation of the slewing bearing is rotated, and the material frame reel is transferred to the winding station for winding up and detecting the unwinding. Operation; the material frame No. 2 reel is transferred to the unwinding station, and the support arm of the outer support device is supported upward to support the front end of the second reel, and the outer ring gear coupling is inserted under the hydraulic cylinder of the main transmission system.
