The ordinary heavy-duty material frame adopts the hand-type expansion, and the four-piece supporting material plate supports the material roll. The structure is very mature and applicable widely. However, in the automotive, hardware and other processing industries, the material is often not rolled. Limited to light coils, tend to be very wide and heavy, these use hydraulic heavy-duty material racks, using oil expansion to replace traditional hand-expanding, but such materials will still exist when the load is heavy There are three major aspects to the problem:

2. The feeding process is used to restrain the coil material from avoiding the problem that the protection of the spindle is difficult to install and the safety factor is low;
3. The roll-up device used in conjunction with the material frame is low in automation, time-consuming and laborious, and urgently needs improvement.
These three major problems mainly occur in the large tonnage coil unwinding. During the unwinding of the sheet, the pressing arm can apply pressure to the unrolled sheet to make the unwinding stable, and effectively avoid the phenomenon that the sheet is loose during the unwinding process, and at the same time cooperate with the pneumatic retaining arm and support The material arm can effectively solve the problem of sagging during the feeding process of the sheet;
2. In the process of unwinding the sheet, the friction between the sheet and the back sheet is large, and the positioning column has a certain gap between the sheet roll and the back sheet, which avoids the rubbing effect on the back sheet and ensures the sheet. Unwinding is stable.
3, the hydraulic loading trolley is equipped to make the feeding automation, safe and reliable, easy to use;
4. In the process of unwinding the sheet, the pneumatic stopper arm replaces the traditional A-type iron to restrain the sheet coil, avoiding the sheet coil from punching out of the spindle, effectively improving the safety of the sheet unwinding process, and simplifying the loading step.
When the large-tonnage hydraulic heavy-duty material frame is used, the coil material is placed on the hydraulic loading trolley, the hydraulic cylinder is used to adjust the height of the supporting mechanism, the motor is started, the sliding seat starts to slide on the sliding rail, and the coil is conveyed to the material rack. The outer periphery of the main shaft of the main shaft, and take out the end of the coil, so that it enters the leveling machine in China, the material of the pneumatic stopper arm is moved to the main shaft, and the end of the main shaft is placed in the card slot, and the cylinder is passed through the cylinder.
